Episode 137 – Captain of the Failboat

Laura is working on some Minikins by Wooly Wormhead.She is deep stash diving to make them out of waterspun natural and handspun on size 4 neeedles.  She is also working on a Log Cabin Blanket out of various worsted superwash merinos and size 7 needles.  Last but not least is a new pair of toe up socks knit on signature size 1 needles and out of Magic and Moonshine yarn.

Leslie is working on the Livingstone Sweater out of local wool

Laura has finished a pair of socks.  They are a pair of afterthought heel socks out of Cool Beans from Lollipop Yarn knit on size 1.5 needles.  She has 3 finished  Minikins by Wooly Wormhead.  She has also finished 2 Girl from Nantucket hats.  One out of Jared Flood’s Shelter and the other out of Madtosh Pashmina Worsted in the Lowland colorway.  Both were knit on size 7 needles.

Leslie has finished Herringbone Mitts.  Free pattern on Rav, worsted weight yarn.  She also finished a cross stitch from Subversive Cross Stitch.

Laura has spun all the things.  Two Loop batts (bulky is 75 yards, other is 200 yards). One corespun Inglenook batt (75 yards).  Multiple Jacey Boggs samples.  And 200 yards of a 2-ply out Southern Cross Fibre.
