Laura is knitting on 2 color Beanie out of Cleckheaton Australian Superfine Merino. She started Apple Cider Donut out of Miss Babs Northumbria Aran in the Clematis colorway on size 9 needles. She will restart it in May. Laura is also knitting on a Top Down Bonnet out of Marigold Jen in the Yoshi colorway.
Leslie is knitting on her Bridgewater out of Madelinetosh lace in the Silver Fox colorway. She is also working on a pair of Vanilla Bean socks out of Fishknits strong heart base in the “After the Storm” colorway. She also started a pair of Spring Showers out of Skein Yarn in the Fig colorway as a barter for long arm quilting one of her quilts.

Leslie has not spun, but has been processing a Romney fleece from RB 2014.
Laura has plied 2 skeins of Puppy Dog Tails in SW Merino from Southern Cross Fibre. She has also plied some Squoosh fiber. All 3 are around 200 yards and intended for the Less is More Sweater. She also has spun and plied some Southern Cross Fibre out of Kent Romney Wooltop. It is 400 yards of a 2-ply.
Sewing – Leslie put backing and sashing on the value quilt she has been working on, and started attaching the binding. She also sewed a One Hour Basket for Laura.

Leslie finished the first four of the Kate Daniels/Magic Bites series by Ilona Andrews. She is now listening to the Captain’s Fury (4th in the series) audiobook.
Laura has read Scat by Carl Hiaason and Stella by Starlight by Sharon Draper.
