Question from Cmarshall, “In a very recent episode, I noticed Leslie’s Vivid afghan displayed behind her. I don’t recall her showing the finished item previously but I may have missed the episode. Please forgive me and refer me to the proper episode if the following questions were already addressed:
Did you block each square individually or did you block the afghan after it was all put together?
What method did you use to connect the squares? Whip stitch? Crochet? If crochet, did you slip stitch? Or single crochet? If you single crocheted, is the ridge on the front or the back? Or did you follow the instructions in the tutorial?
Actually, it does not appear that you single crocheted the squares together, but thought I would ask as it is my preferred method for granny square afghans as the ridge showing on the front is decorative but flattens with repeated washing.
I am about 2/3 done on my Vivid hence the questions.”
Leslie finished Form & Function by Sara King – free on Kindle Unlimited. She is re-listening Red Rising because the final in the Red Rising series (Morning Star) came out and she was totally lost.
