Episode 431 – Wizard Sleeves

Leslie cast on the Go With The Flow brioche wrap in Stranded Merino DK in the Flower Crown colorway.  She is also working on a simple sock out of KnitSpinFarm yarn.

 

Laura is working She cast on Stockinette Hand Warmers by Purl Soho out of Yarn Fairy and the Pixies colorway Purple Rust. Laura also cast on the Curtain Call sweater out of Miss Babs Yowza.  She also cast on a pair of Non-Euclidean socks out of DVD in The Martian colorway.

 

International Treasure and Peer of the Realm Lady Amy is knitting a Fern & Feather sweater out of Holst Supersoft in Jasper and Pussywillow it’s in the Hide & Hammer bag #3.  She’s also knitting on an improvised cowl out of Canon Hand Dyed minis in the Fall Rainbow color and undyed merino/yak yarn.  She’s also knitting on a Must Stash yarn sock in the Martian Rainbow colorway – the pattern is improvised.

 

Laura finished  a CROCHETED! Cord cover.   

 

Lady Amy is wearing an FO! It’s the Weekender Sweater out of Holst Supersoft out of Graphite and Slate held together.

 

Leslie spun  a batt from Knit Spin Farm in the Imposing Shadow  colorway. She somehow managed 526 yards in a long draw 2 ply.

 

Lady Amy also has lots of spinning. First 5oz of Hipstrings Oasis that was spun on the Daedalus Starling and chain plied to get 494 yards.  2 corepspun skeins, one without known yardage and the other was 102 yards. The other is a 2ply yarn made from a batt that came to 132 yards.

 

Leslie is listening to Black Dog Blues by Rhys Ford.  Lady Amy is listening to Discovery of Witches.   Lady Amy also finished The Hate U Give and has started On The Come Up both by Angie Thomas.
