Episode 439 – Wax Resist

 

Leslie is knitting a Willow Cowl out of Expression Fiber Arts and a Cables Are Cool hat in Yarn Vibes’ Vale base in Poppy and Pollen.

Laura is knitting on a pair of Rose City Rollers out of Knitpicks Felici in the Dark Side colorway. She also started a Passing Showers Sweater out of Plucky Sweater in the Skies of November colorway.  It is being knit on size 5 needles.

Leslie finished an Olgajazzy pattern, the Sakasama jacket out of Habu n-35.

Laura finished a Tubey by Wooly Wormhead.  She has cast on another out of the same handspun out of Nest Yarns.  It was knit on size 6 needles and is the 2nd smallest size (14 inches around).

Laura is spinning a Corridale cross fleece that she processed in March.  It was a totaly of 1lb and she spun and 3 plied 9 oz of it for 400 yards.

Leslie is currently re-reading  Raised In Fire by K.F. Breene.  She’s listening A Wish Upon The Stars by TJ Klune.

Laura is reading Burn Baby Burn by R. J. Blain (Magical comedy with a Body Count)
