Episode 497 – Multipurpose

Leslie has been crocheting squares for a Cherry Heart/Sandra Paul pattern called Giant Granny Patches. Each one is around 12 yds/11 meters and she’s using Loops & Threads acrylic yarn Impeccable. She’s also working on a vintage cross stitch Paragon Gourmet Alphabet Sampler.  **looking for now defunct Peri Lusta brand thread filo cotton in color 169**

Laura has been knitting on  a Bounce Blanket out of Neighborhood Fiber Co in Studio DK Belair and Shades of Turqouise.  She has also picked up a pair of Socks on a Plane using Long Dog Yarn.  These socks are magic looped on size 0s. 

Leslie finished a silly diy painting https://etsy.me/2Kj8A8a and a couple of Barn Raising Squares

Laura has finished  a pair of Wendy Johnson Toe up with gusset socks out of coloring book yarns in the Rainbow hexi colorway.  These are also being knit on size 0s.

Laura finished spinning 4 oz of Nest sw merino in the Love Apple colorway.  It is 330 yards of a 3 ply.

Leslie is re-reading Magical Midlife Madness by KF Breene and is relistening to The Stand by Stephen King.

Laura has started Clap When You Land by Elizabeth Acevedo (YA).  She also read ‘Nother Sip of Gin by Rhys Ford (adult).
