We give away a random prize in the Stash Dash and salute our Fathers.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/blip.tv\/play\/h5A_gsOKJwA.html\" width=\"720\" height=\"510\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" src=\"http:\/\/a.blip.tv\/api.swf#h5A_gsOKJwA\" style=\"display:none\"><\/embed><\/p>\n<p>Happy Father&#8217;s Day all!<br \/>\nWIPs<br \/>\nLaura is knitting some handspun socks out of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluemoonfiberarts.com\/newmoon\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=19_20_109&amp;products_id=5413\">Blue Moon Fiber Arts<\/a> sheep to shoe in Sherbert.\u00a0She is also knitting on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/apollo--artemis\">Apollo and Artemis <\/a>in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/yarns\/library\/yarn-pirate-bfl-sock\">Yarn Pirate in the old BFL<\/a> base in Bluebell(sorry for the glare!).<br \/>\nLeslie has\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/leadlight-2\">leadlight<\/a> on the needles. \u00a0She is also knitting an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/aases-shawl\">Aase&#8217;s shawl <\/a>out of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/temptedyarns\">Tempted <\/a>Luxe Grrl.<\/p>\n<p>FOs:<br \/>\nLeslie is finished with her an eternity style cowl out of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.temptedyarns.com\/\">Tempted Yarns- Prissy Girl<\/a>. It will eventually be a free pattern. Laura is finished with &#8220;My Wish\u201d out of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/temptedyarns\">Tempted Good Grlll<\/a> in the Fridgid and Moondance colorways. \u00a0All proceeds from this pattern will go to Make a Wish until September 1st.<\/p>\n<p>Spinning:<\/p>\n<p>Leslie is fractal spinning\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/KnittyAndColor?ref=ss_profile\">Knitty and Color<\/a>. \u00a0Laura has plied 4 of the 5 ounces of \u00a0\u201dGrape Fizz\u201d from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/sarahkatefibers\">Sarah Kate Fibers<\/a>. I got 422 yards of a fingering weight yarn. \u00a0I also spun some art yarn (coils) out of an Ass-kicking Batt from<a href=\"http:\/\/www.moonwoodfarm.com\/\"> Moonwood Farms<\/a> (120 yards). \u00a0I also spun some other coils out of some Frabjulous Fibers in the BFL base .<\/p>\n<p>Book Review: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/1603427112\/?tag=thek04e-20\">Fleece and Fiber Sourcebook<\/a> by Carol Ekarius and\u00a0Deborah Robson.<\/p>\n<p>Favorite Things:<\/p>\n<p>Fiber of the Month Unclub (starting in January).
