Laura & Leslie show off their matching hats and both have spinning content! Laura reviews Scarf Style from Interweave and we pick a winner from last week’s contest.<\/p>\n

Laura is knitting on\u00a0Washington Square<\/a> out of New Zealand Aran Wool and it is a whole 15 inches long (Yay armpits!) and the first sleeve has been started. \u00a0Still on the needles are the\u00a0Twisted Fiber Arts <\/a>in the Ravelry colorway socks. \u00a0I’ve started knitting the Broken Hand Hat by Wendyknits. \u00a0This is a test knit. \u00a0I\u2019m also knitting on an Ishbel shawl out of Casbah<\/a> for my swap partner.<\/p>\n

Leslie is knitting on the\u00a0Pogona shawl <\/a>out of Wollmeise in Bluebell.<\/p>\n

Leslie has finished Broken Hand Mittens (a testknit for Wendyknits). \u00a0She has also finished a Starving Artist hat<\/a> out of handspun. She knit the Slouchy Beret version.<\/p>\n

Laura has finished a Starving Artist <\/a>in the Slouchy Beret version. I knit this one inside out. \u00a0I used some Twisted Fiber Arts Handspun. \u00a0I also finished a Make It Work Shawl <\/a>out of\u00a0Mababrigo Worsted <\/a>in the Ravelry Red colorway. Single Men<\/a> Cowl out of\u00a0Malabrigo Twist<\/a> in the Pearl Ten colorway in done and the pattern<\/a> is now available for free on Ravelry.<\/p>\n

Leslie has finished spinning and plying 4oz of the “Gumball” colorway of Gale’s Art.<\/a> Laura has finished spinning the first 4oz of the pound of Eulenspiegel<\/a> Polwarth<\/a> from Crown Mountain Fibers.<\/a><\/p>\n
