Laura and Leslie do the first round of drawings for our anniversary prizes! We also go through our normal segments and review Little Crochet from Potter Craft. We talk about our weekend at CampKIP and tell you what next week’s prize drawings will be!<\/p>\n

Prizes from last week and the new prizes\/rules for this week are announced in the first 11 minutes of the show.<\/p>\n

Laura is working on the\u00a0Mitered Crosses Blanket<\/a> out of Noro Silk Garden (colors 279, 252 and 87) and Cascade 220. They are knit on US size 6 needles (4mm). \u00a0She\u2019s made a little progress on the\u00a0Shetland Pi shawl<\/a>(size 5 US\/3.75mm needles)\u00a0by Wendy Johnson. \u00a0It is out of\u00a0Blackberry Ridge Silk Blend Laceweight<\/a>. \u00a0I\u2019ve also finished one of the\u00a0Numma Numma<\/a> socks (US 1\/2.25mm). \u00a0I’ve cast-on the Gaenor <\/a>out of Kitchen Sink Dyeworks <\/a>in Luze Merino Fine in the Dexter colorway.<\/p>\n

Leslie is working on a Log Cabin blanket that she is switching up with\u00a0Classic Elite Liberty Wool<\/a>. She is also knitting a Magrathea<\/a> out of some Cloudlover<\/a> handspun.<\/p>\n

Leslie has finished the\u00a0Numma Numma<\/a> socks (US 1\/2.25mm) and a Litmus Lace Shawl<\/a> out of Turtlepurl Yarns Softshell Turtle Toes.<\/a><\/p>\n

Laura has finished some Lil Bit socks<\/a> out of Turtlepurl Yarns Softshell Turtle Toes.<\/a><\/p>\n

Laura has plied \u00a0the fractal spun fiber using some\u00a0Gale\u2019s Art<\/a> in a \u00a0Corriedale Cross<\/a> in the Potluck colorway. She has 115 yards of a bulky.<\/p>\n

Leslie has plied the lovely fiber from\u00a0Woolgatherings Etsy Shop<\/a>. \u00a0She used a Navajo plying technique.<\/p>\n

Both Laura and Leslie have started spinning the Knitgirllls SAL fiber.<\/p>\n
