We review Elizabeth Zimmerman&#8217;s &#8220;Knit One Knit All&#8221;, and talk about how YOU can get involved!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/blip.tv\/play\/h5A_gsCRYQA.html\" width=\"720\" height=\"510\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" src=\"http:\/\/a.blip.tv\/api.swf#h5A_gsCRYQA\" style=\"display:none\"><\/embed>WIPs<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m working on a stripy sock out of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/theamyleeshow?ref=pr_shop_more\">Amy Lee Show\u2019s Canon Hand Dyed Yarn <\/a>in the Arthur base in the \u201cWe are for the Night.\u201d Soooo close to being done. \u00a0Laura has started the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/no-place-like-home\">&#8220;No Place Like Home Socks&#8221; by the lovely Star Athena.<\/a> They are out of Wollmeise in the Pillars of Fire and size 1 (2.25) signature dpns in the 6 inch length. \u00a0I am designing &#8220;My Wish&#8221; out of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/temptedyarns\">Tempted Good Grlll<\/a> in the Fridgid and Moondance colorways. \u00a0All proceeds from this pattern will go to Make a Wish until September 1st. Next on Laura&#8217;s needles will be some handspun socks out of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluemoonfiberarts.com\/newmoon\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=19_20_109&amp;products_id=5413\">Blue Moon Fiber Arts<\/a> sheep to shoe in Sherbert.<\/p>\n<p>Leslie has\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/leadlight-2\">leadlight<\/a> on the needles.<\/p>\n<p>FOs (8:00)<\/p>\n<p>Leslie is finished with the S<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/senneh\">enneh socks<\/a> using the Silk Road Sock book. \u00a0She is using Hazel Knits in the Cherry Fizz colorway on 2.5 mm (1.5 US) needles.<\/p>\n<p>Laura is finished with a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/big-bulky-bucket-hat\"> handspun bucket hat <\/a>on size 11 (8.0 mm) out of the \u201cCheshire Cat\u201d colorway of Dying Arts. She has also finished a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/stuck-like-glue\">&#8220;Stuck Like Glue Cowl&#8221;<\/a> out of Rios in Teal Feather on size 8 needles. I\u2019ve also blocked the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/shetland-pi-shawl-kal\">Shetland Pi shawl<\/a>(size 5 US\/3.75mm needles)\u00a0by Wendy Johnson. \u00a0It is out of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackberry-ridge.com\/yarnprod.htm\">Blackberry Ridge Silk Blend Laceweight<\/a>. Yay!!!! Can&#8217;t wait to knit her next pi pattern, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/estonian-pi\">Estonian Pi,<\/a> which is available now!<\/p>\n<p>Spinning \u00a0(15:00):<\/p>\n<p>Laura has finished spinning Cuddy by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twistedfiberart.com\/\">Twisted Fiber Arts <\/a>in Puffy.
