I am a terrible, terrible blogger. It’s ok, you can tell me!
So, Xmas is over. Thank whatever deity you please for that. I finished all of my knitting, with a few shortcuts thrown in at the last minute. Most everyone got socks, and I think they all fit too!
Loopy Ewe Spring Fling lotto winners were announced in December, and Laura got in but I did not. I was sad, and mopey, and whiney, and probably annoyed some folks but then I got in from the waitlist! Much squee-ing ensued. I get to go to St. Louis again in April! I get to see Claudia! And Stacy! And Allen! And Keri! And Sarah! And Aimee – and a hundred others. I’m so excited that I am counting down the days.
In other news, we recently took a vacation to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We did a few touristy things, and Kobe got to ride a pony! Here are some pictures from the trip:
Feeding a camel. These things are fricking HUGE, btw.
The goats trying to eat Aimee’s coat:
Kobe feeding the goats from outside the pen. He was afraid they were going to eat his hand:
Hungry deer invading Aimee’s and my territory:
And the resulting grossness of feeding swarms of hungry deer:
And one of my fav’s – Russell teaching Kobe how to play Chess:
More later – gonna try to pace myself so I have stuff to write about. 😀
