Some FOs and a goal

I’ve actually managed to finish a few objects in  the past few weeks.

Here’s the finished Jared Flood tam.  I like it even-though it is a bit big on me.  Next time, I’m going to go down a needle size.  I’m trying to think of the next color combo that I should do.

I also knit a garter for Lisha and gave it to her at her shower in Baton Rogue, LA. Leslie kit her the more beautiful shawl EVER.   While we were there, Leslie and I hung out in New Orleans.

I can’t wait to go back there and explore even more.

I have a couple of more FOs to show you, but I’m going to spread them out until later this week (I’m trying to get better at the whole blogging thing).  I also need to blog about the super-cool Jackie being here this weekend.

Last but not least, I was cleaning this week (shocking, I know) and have come to the conclusion that I have way too much yarn. So my goal is to use up 100 skeins of yarn by the New Year.  This may be a bit unreachable, but with football starting again and Christmas knitting looming, I feel like I have a chance. I’ll attempt to keep track of my progress (or lack of) on the blog.  Have a great week all!
