Episode 152 – Three Years

Laura is working on the Quaker Ridge shawlette by Susan B Anderson.  It is out of Frabjous Fibers handspun and is on size 8 needles.  Her beads are from Joannes and are the bronze mix.  She has also cast on a pair of simple toe up socks with a Wendy Johnson Heel out of Black Bunny Fibers.  She has swatched for the Antler Cardigan out of Madtosh Vintage in the Rain Water colorway on size 8 needles.

Leslie is working on Watercourse by Carina Spencer, using Madelinetosh Vintage in the Tart colorway.  She has also started a new shawl design using Unwind Yarn Company in the “Stop and Smell the Poppies” colorway.

Laura has finished a simple hat (no pattern) out of some handspun the Mel of the Singlehanded Knits podcast spun for her for her birthday.  The fiber was a tencel blend from Abstract Fibers.

Leslie has finished (kind of) weaving her first object.

Laura and Leslie have no spinning for the week.
