Episode 173 – Know All The Things

Laura is knitting on the clapotis by Kate Gilbert out of WM pure in the Raupe colorway. It is being knit on size 6 needles. She has also started a pair of Retro Thrum slippers out of some Ella Rae classic solid (2 skeins) and some icelandic wool for the thrums. She has swatched for the Crows Nest Cardigan by Amy Christoffers out of some Quince and Company Lark on size 7 needles.

Leslie is also knitting on a clapotis out of Wollmeise 100% fingering in the roter himbeermund on size 6/4.00mm needles. She is also working on a Bedrock Hat from Brooks Farm Solana, and continues to work on the Viajante by Martina Behm out of handspun from Lynnzimm.

Laura has finished a Sugar Maple hat out of some Handspun Hello Yarn in the Overfond colorway. There will be enough for 2 kid sized hats. Needles used were sizes 5 and 6.

Leslie has finished a Windschief by Stephen West out of Brooks Farm Solana for the KnitmoreGirls team collection of hats for Halos of Hope at Stitches East. She has also finished the Noro shawl (based on the Josephine pattern). Lastly there is a Pioneer Cuff from Laura Nelkin.

Laura has been drop spindling on her Turned on the Cut spindle. She is spinning some Gourmet Stash Tribbles.

Leslie has finished spinning the single for the Hobbledehoy Beach art batt for Mel of SingleHandedKnits fundraiser.
