Episode 201 – Guilt Triangle

Laura has ripped out parts of her Antler and reknit the bottom band. She has also cast on Tubularity by Martina Behm. The first color she is knitting on is Madtosh light in the cherry colorway, the second color is trekking, the 3rd is gynx yarn, the 4th is another crafty girl in the Ponkie Brewster colorway. It is being knit on size 3 Signature needles.

Leslie is working on some plain vanilla socks in Desert Vista Dyeworks “NashvilleNights” colorway. She has also cast on for a new design working with the gorgeous Halo Heather yarn from Infinite Twist in the Dragon colorway. More details on that soon.

Laura has finished the 50 row shawlette by Susan B Anderson. It was knit out of 230 yards of a 2-ply spun from Spunky Eclectic in the Rosebud colorway and knit on size 8 needles.

Leslie has two woven scarves that are “a block away” from being finished. First is a pooled faux ikat scarf with BMFA Lightweight in “Holiday Inn” for warp and Yarn Chef silk laceweight for weft. The second has the same warp and weft yarn, Noro Taiyo in color 66.

Leslie has started spinning for a true 4ply yarn using Wound Up Fiber Arts SW Merino batts in the Open Hearted colorway. She has finished 1.5 of the 4 batts.

Laura finished the Jacob and has 100 yards of a bulky woolen spun.
