Laura is knitting on a pair of socks out of Dream in color Everlasting in the Wilderness colorway. She is trying out some new needles, Knitter’s Pride Nova Platina. She used the Balbriggan Heel from Sock Architecture.
Leslie is knitting on Simple Skyp socks in Caterpillar Green’s Concrete & Tulips colorway. She is also knitting a Wizzpopper shawl out of Shalimar Breathless DK in the Seaglass colorway.
Laura finished the Wizzpopper shawl out of Infinite Twist Helix in the Peacock colorway. She also knit a Garter Earflap hat by Purl Soho out of some Knitty and Color handspun. Friday night she knit Jack be Little Pumpkin out of some Ella Rae worsted scraps.
Leslie spun together two Enchanted Knoll Fibers batts, August and December 2012 club colorways, and got 750 yards of a DK/Worsted. She also wound off some spinning from Yarn School: Tempted 50/50 Merino Silk 328 yards 2ply and green wool dyed at yarn school – 2ply 476 yards from 8oz.
