Laura has knit on the Yowza shawl out of some handspun from Crown Mountain Farms (out of business).  She has 550 yards and is using size 7 needles.  She cast on the Rikke hat, out of Invictus Yarns in the Unbowed DK base in “Etta” She has also cast on the Caesious curl by Hunter Hammerson out of deep stash, Malabrigo Silky Merino in the Green Gray colorway.

Leslie is knitting a pair of Atlantic Current Socks by Meliabella out of Leading Men Fiber Arts Spotlight in Toxic Gas.  She has started a Pebble Beach Shawlette out of some fulled Loop handspun in the “Smitten” colorway.

Leslie finished a Pamir hat in Neeley’s Knits DK, Starry Night colorway.

Laura has finished  a pair of socks out of Dream in color Everlasting in the Wilderness colorway.  She is trying out some new needles, Knitter’s Pride Nova Platina.  She used the Balbriggan Heel from Sock Architecture.

Question from Blondie11: Have you ever tried to shrink a wool sweater and, if so, how did you do it? I made the “Tangled Yoke” sweater by Eunny Jang out of Rowan Felted Tweed and it is just too big. Any recommendations? I don’t really want to give it away.
