Episode 281 – Gateway Craft

Leslie is  knitting a pair of plain socks out of a Gale’s Art Sock Blank and a Citron Grand out of handspun.  She’s working on some cross stitch but isn’t showing it.

Laura  is knitting Behind the Sun by Cate Carter-Evans.  You can find the kits on Infinite Twist.  She is also working on a pair of Regia socks.  She is using size 0 needle and has been playing with tensioning yarn this week.

Laura has finished  Wild Goose Shawlette out of Shalimar Yarns in the Aerie base in the Whales Tales colorway. She also finished the socks for her BIL out of Socks That Rock Mediumweight in the Angry Elf colorway using size 2.5 needles.  She also knit a baby hat from the small and clever set in the Sweet Pickles book.  It is out of Cashvero and was knit on size 5s.

Laura processed a pound of Romney out of a fleece from Ross Farms.  It was part of Beck’s Christmas gift.

Leslie finished listening to Voyager .  She reread Dragon Actually and is reading About A Dragon both by GA Aiken.  She also read Storm’s Heart by Thea Harrison.

Laura has been watching the librarians.  She has also been reading the Steel and Stone series by Annette Marie.  She is going to download the second Charley Davidson series.
