Ep516 – You, the Laura

Leslie is also working a blanket using size 19 needles and Knitpicks Fable Fur.  She cast on a tube of 64 stitches on size 7 needles to use her Fully Spun Pride set in sport weight. She also cast on a Petra Brioche Sweater in Wollmeise DK My Old Blue Jeans.

 Laura has  been knitting on some toe up socks out of Nomadic Yarn Sport in Bad Guy.  She also started Wave of Change pullover out of Rowan Cotton Rope on size 9 needles

She is also working on some Kirby Wirby socks out of a cranked tube.

Leslie finished her Cherry Heart/Sandra Paul pattern called Giant Granny Patches.  She also put heels/toes in a sock tube for Kobe (Rustic Rainbow by Rock & String).

Laura finished a baby hat using marled handspun and Berroco Chunky Alpaca on size 9 needles. 

Laura has been long drawing batts from Boffo Fibers on her ladybug. She also finished spinning some Hello Yarn Targhee in the Scorched Velvet colorway on the Sparrow (450 yards).  She also spun some Nest Advent singles on the Starling/Sparrow and plyed them for 140 yards of a 3 ply.  She also plyed some Hipstrings Flannel Jammies (Merino/silk/flax) for 215 yards of a 2-ply.  She is currently spinning Spotted Circus Grey Stained Glass Merino and Firestar in tropical.

Leslie finished spinning 4oz singles of HipStrings.

Leslie is reading Shadow Of Doubt (Potentate of Atlanta) by Hailey Edwards (m/f urban fantasy) and Blood Heir by Ilona Andrews (m/f urban fantasy).

Laura has been listening to Ilona Andrew’s (adult m/f)  Diamond Fire. She finished reading Whispering Pines
