She cast on for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/directions-2\">Directions <\/a>top out of Oink Pigments DK weight linen\/silk as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westknits.com\/products\/painting-bricks-shawl\">Painting Bricks shawl by Stephen West<\/a> using a kit from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/listing\/1222610837\/painting-bricks-shawl-kit-sandstone?click_key=97a60ea88de2039290e9faf61dc76a2e56637b98%3A1222610837&amp;click_sum=ca4dd5c7&amp;ref=shop_home_active_1&amp;sts=1\">Whimzee Stitches<\/a>.&nbsp; She\u2019s also working on a pair of socks out of Woolens &amp; Nosh in the Cornucopia colorway&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura has been working on all the handspun socks using Hipstrings 50% Southdown wool, 25% Dorset Horn Wool, 25% Bionylon.&nbsp; She is plotting her frog and node sweater.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leslie finished nothing this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leslie started spinning the 24oz of custom blended fiber she got in a trade with HipStrings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura is spinning some polwarth\/silk in the 2023 mdsw colorway from Kim dyes yarn. She is also spinning some Texel from into the Whirled.
