She\u2019s also knitting on a pair of socks out of Woolens &amp; Nosh using US 1.5 needles and 72 stitches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura has knit on a pair of socks using opal yarn and size 00 needles. She is working over 60 stitches. She has also cast on the G8t Gingham hat by Jessie Maed out of some stash yarn and handspun. Laura has cast on for the Carbeth Cardigan out of Germantown Bulky.&nbsp; She is having to go down to a size 7 and 8 needles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leslie finished <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/advent-2020-sweater\">Advent 2020 sweater by Heleen\u2019s Knithouse<\/a> using a Suburban Stitcher Advent kit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leslie spun nothing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura has started some Shetland\/silk from Into the Whirled in the Vampires in Venice colorway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leslie is listening to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Parasite-Mira-Grant\/dp\/0316218952\">Parasite by Mira Grant<\/a>.&nbsp; She read <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Confessions-Trash-Droid-adventure-thriller-ebook\/dp\/B0FP31CMKR\">Confessions of a Trash Droid<\/a> (sci-fi) and is currently reading <a href=\"https:\/\/a.co\/d\/01t7itmN\">The Crypt: Shakedown by Scott Sigler<\/a> (military sci-fi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura has been fixated on hockey.&nbsp; She\u2019s been watching the Penguins play and reading Long Game by Rachel Reid (adult m\/m sports romance)&nbsp; Next up is the Hidden Legacy series by Ilona Andrews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lalaknitsandspins.com\">Laura\u2019s website<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Favorite Things<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discord link: <a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/RpRRzfsbhM\">knit girllls discord<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leslie is working on her&nbsp; Men Brial out of Why Knot in the Spunky base and has switched main colors.
