Leslie is working on some Yip-Yips (crochet version) and is working on a copy of saltypurl’s version of the Pathway’s blanket, using the same rainbow yarn – Lion Brand Shawl In A Ball in Restful Rainbow. She also worked on Edgartown Light by Alicia Plummer out of some linen gifted at last year’s SSK.
Laura is working on a pair of socks out of String Theory Colorworks. She has started a Rib Lace Raglan out of Loop Fiber Studios. She has swatched for Otaheite cardigan by Tian.
Leslie sewed a luggage tag
Laura is spindle spinning 8oz from Melanated Boho. She is also sampling from Deb Robson’s class at PlyAway 2023
She also spun some singles of Southern Cross Fibre on Merino in the Tokyo colorway.
Leslie is reading Just Like Home by Sarah Gailey and is listening to Nolyn: The Rise & Fall by Michael J. Sullivan (fantasy, sword & sorcery) and Fear The Sky by Stephen Moss (sci/fi)
