Leslie has worked on some socks out of the Sedated color way of must stash yarns and cast on a Wave of Change pullover by Denise Bayron out of Berroco Remix 

  Laura is working on a pair of toe up socks (56 stitches on size 0s) out of Nomadic yarns in the everlasting gobstopper colorway. She started swatching for the Layla sweater out of Modern Daily knitting  Atlas and some handspun

Laura finished a Penta Pillar Pullover out of Knit Spin Farm batt handspun. 

Leslie finished nada. She is a slacker.

Laura has finished spinning “Just Pretentious Enough” from ITW for the Layla Sweater by Elizabeth Smith. She also plyed some pygora and a batt from Knitspinfarm.   She is washing an 12 pound Corriedale  fleece.   Summer of fleece!

Leslie is listening to The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern (author of The Night Circus).  She’s catching up on back episodes of the Handsome podcast with Tig Notaro, Fortune Feimster, and Mae Martin.

Laura has been relistening to the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs (m/f adult romance).  She has been watching all the Tour de France.

Leslie has worked on the R&R Hoodie by Tanis Lavelle out of Leading Men Fiber Arts in the following colors: Just Peachy, Fortune Teller, London Fog, Bare Necessities, and Marauder. She’s knitting the sleeves using a brilliant steeking method that Heidi Kirrmaier demonstrates here. 

She’s also worked on a pair of sport weight socks out of Another Crafty Girl in the Lightning Strike colorway.

Laura finished a recalibrate sweater out of handspun (merino/rose).  The fiber was from Southern Cross (no longer in business)
