Leslie worked on Nuala out of Takhi Malibu and is using this tutorial for joining chainette yarns.  

Laura is knitting on a pair of Socks on a Plane using Long Dog Yarn and size 0 needles.  These socks are magic looped.   Laura has also cast on a Ursa Minor on size 11 needles using Berroco Vintage chunky. She also cast on a little boxy by joji out of Another Crafty Girl in the Ponkieboralis colorway.  It is knit on size 2.5 and 4 needles.

Leslie mended two socks using a darning mushroom. She also finished a Rug Punch Kit from The Bee Skep at the Woolery.

Laura finished on a pair of another cranked sock using the colorway, Everything is Awesome by Must Stash Yarns.  These were knit on size 0s and used patons kroy is a solid black for the heel.

Laura has finished spinning singles of the March club from Into the Whirled.  It is being spun into a 2-ply fractal.  She has also started Jillian Moreno’s second sample spin along  She also spun 3oz or so of the 2 Guys roving for SSK 2019.  This was spun on the Blackbird.

Leslie is re-read The Weaving Man and Love & Sacrifice by Tove Foss Ford and just started the third in the series, Eirdon. She’s listening to Wow, No Thank You by Samantha Irby

Laura is reading Unlocking English Learners’ Potential by Diane Staehr Fenner and Sydnet Snyder.  She is relistening to the Lightning Struck Heart.

Leslie unearthed the Hasukai cowl out of Brooklyn Tweed Plains in Treehouse and worked on it some.  She also worked on Nuala out of Takhi Malibu and is using this tutorial for joining chainette yarns.  She’s also working on putting cuffs, heels, and toes into sock tubes that were cranked on the Erlbacher Gearhart Speedster sock machine.

Laura is knitting on another cranked sock using the colorway, Everything is Awesome by Must Stash Yarns.  These are being knit on size 0s.  Both socks are magic looped.   Laura has also cast on a Ursa Minor on size 11 needles using Berroco Vintage chunky. She also cast on a little boxy by joji out of Another Crafty Girl in the Ponkieboralis colorway.  It is knit on size 2.5 and 4 needles.

Leslie finished a pair of sock tubes by putting a folded hem for the cuff and a wedge toe and heel.  She also mended two socks using a darning mushroom.

Laura finished on a pair of toe up socks using KnitSpinFarm in the Targhee Sport base in the Owls Day colorway.   These  were knit on size 1s. 

Laura is currently spinning the March club from Into the Whirled.  It is being spun into a 2-ply fractal.  She will soon be starting Jillian Moreno’s second sample spin along  She finished plying the Spotted Circus Alpace StainedGlass Merino in the Neon berries colorway.  It is 220 yards of a chain ply.  She has also resumed spinning on her dragon mashup using fiber from Hello Yarn.

Leslie is re-reading The Weaving Man by Tove Foss Ford. She’s re-listening to the Hidden Legacy series by Ilona Andrews. 

Laura is reading Unlocking English Learners’ Potential by Diane Staehr Fenner and Sydnet Snyder.  She has been doing research into PLCs and coteaching for another CEU.

Laura is relistening to the Mercy Thompson series in preparation for the next book that released on March 17th.  She read the 4th in the Soulbound series by Hailey Turner and has also reread the Shelly Laurenston Honey Badger series (the 3rd just dropped)  In middle grade, she is reading This Was Our Pact.
