Leslie is knitting on a Sevilla out of Berroco Mykonos.   She is also knitting a B to the Three out of Stranded Dyeworks Castaway in the Pinata colorway and a Deschain out of Fibra Natura Good Earth Solids.  She’s swatched for Pavement out of 2 Guys Yarn Co out of Tweedy Toes in the Bordeaux colorway.

Laura cast on a pair of toe up socks out of Nomadic Yarns Bellatrix.  She is also riding the sweater mojo and cast on Simple Summer Tweed Top Down V-Neck out of Madtosh Vintage in the Grey Gardens colorway.

Leslie finished a Hibiscus out of Rock & String bulky in the Happy Dance colorway.

Laura is spinning on some KnitSpin Farm Batts as she tries to finish up her other cable spins.

Leslie finished spinning a Merino/Yak/Silk blend of “Hijinks” on the Hansen. She got 550ish yds of a 2ply and is pleased with the results.  

Leslie is listening to the Innkeeper Chronicles by Ilona Andrews and relistening to the Cut & Run series by Abigail Roux.  She’s been reading How to Marry A Werewolf by Gail Carriger

Laura is listening to the Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series, which starts with Moon Called.

Laura finished spinning a whole bunch of KnitSpinFarm batts and a skein of ITW in rock paper lizard scissors spock.  She had all the wheel woes this week.

Leslie is spinning a Merino/Yak/Silk blend of “Hijinks” on the Hansen.  

Leslie is listening to the Innkeeper Chronicles by Ilona Andrews and Into The Drowning Deep by Mira Grant.  No books this week as I just haven’t had time.

Laura finished her Goldfish Memory.  She’s using Plucky Feet in Social Graces, Emma’s Crazy Beautiful Yarn in Kale, and Moonriver Wyld in Eye of Newt.   She finished a Little Coffee Bean hat and several dishcloths, including an Around the Square.

Laura finished spinning Nest Fiber in a SW Merino in the Maigret cable yarn.  She ended up with 600 yards!

Leslie is listening to So Close to Being the Sh*t, Y’all Don’t Even Know.  She’s reading Prisoner of the Crown by Jeffe Kennedy.

Laura is listening to the Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series, which starts with Moon Called.

Leslie cast on a Sevilla out of Berocco Mykonos.  She’s also knitting on Nymphalidea out of FiberOptic yarns.  

Laura is knitting on her Goldfish Memory.  She’s using Plucky Feet in Social Graces, Emma’s Crazy Beautiful Yarn in Kale, and Moonriver Wyld in Eye of Newt. She is knitting Free Time by Shannon Squire on size 0s (64 stitch cast on) with some Plucky Feet in a Navy and leftover Old Rusted Chair in Rainbow Trout.

Leslie finished a Depth hat out of Fiber Seed Sprout DK.  She also has her blocked Goldfish  Memory.

Laura spun a 2 ply of Shetland from Into the Whirled in the adrift colorway.  She got                                                                        270 yards. She is spinning Nest Fiber in a SW Merino in the Maigret. 6 of 8 oz completed for a cable yarn.

Leslie spun up 4oz of Dyeing Arts Dazzling Duos in Cheshire Cat, 4oz of Cloudlover SW BFL in Northwest and 4oz of Cloudlover 80merino/20silk in Morocco, and plied them into a super soft and squishy 3ply yarn of 300 yards.

Leslie is listening to Landwhale by Jess Baker and relistening to 14 by Peter Clines.  She’s reading The Beauty Myth by Naomi Wolf.

Laura is listening and watching loads of podcasts.  She drivng more to tutor and currently is listening to: The Knitmore Girls, Spin Control, Knitting Pipeline.  As she spins/knits she’s been watching: Standed Podcast, Fat Squirrel Speaks, Cherry Purls, Yarn Hoarder, Dramatic Knits
