Laura is knitting a pair of toe up socks out of lollipop yarn (I think it’s the cabin fever colorway but the tag is lost to the abyss).  She also cast on a depth cowl out of Fiber Seed Yarn in the Sprout DK weight in the knitgirllls colorway.

Leslie finished a baby quilt.

Laura finished  a pair of socks out of String Theory colorworks for Marigold Jen.  

Laura is spinning a batt from Knitspinfarm. It will be a woolen spun 2-ply. She is also spinning April’s Patreon prize.  It is a Corridale cross from Yarn Geek in the First of May colorway. She fulled her singles yarn and needs to reskein it to check yardage. The fiber is from deep dyed fibers

Leslie spun  up 1oz of a sample of the cormo from Fox Hill Farm.  She got 48yds of a 3ply, weight undetermined.

Leslie tried reading Treasures of the Abyss but gave up and is now reading Saving Askara.  She is currently listening to Born A Crime by Trevor Noah and listened to the last two in the Edge series by Ilona Andrews.

Laura is listening to Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan.

Leslie is reading The Shadow & The Sun, and finished Shoot The Messenger (fae-ish)  She tried to read Runes of Truth but gave up because of grammar issues (so, many, commas).  She listened to By Fairy Means or Foul and How to Date Your Dragon and is currently listening to Born A Crime by Trevor Noah.

Laura is knitting  a pair of socks out of String Theory colorworks for Marigold Jen.  Future knitting is Goldfish Memory.

Laura finished spinning the Hill District colorway from Hipstrings.  This is a 3 ply (75 yards).  She has also corespun 2 oz of a batt from Bricolage Studios.  The colorway was Programmable Soda. She got 120 yards. She also finihsed the Looney Lovegood spin.  This was a club colorway from BumbleAcres. It is 400 yards of a Falkland spun fractally. Laura got a new Spinolution King Bee and her first spin on it was a KnitSpinFarm batt.  She got 200 yards of a woolen Spun (long draw) 2-ply. It’s so fluffy! Currently on the Bee is a low twist single spin. The fiber is old stash from Deep Dyed Fibers in the Lost Girl gradient in Falkland.  She is also spinning April’s Patreon prize. It is a Corridale cross from Yarn Geek in the First of May colorway.

Leslie is going to start Only Human of the Themis files.  She’s also listening to the Dark Horse series, a MMM Triad.  She read Reign, a space fantasy romance, and both books in the Vawdrey Brothers series.
