Ep746 – My Brain Is Twisted

Episode 746

Leslie worked on  Girlfriends Cardigan by Ankestrick out of Republica Unicornia (Cousin Minnie Pearl).  She swatched for Summer Sorrel by Wool & Pine out of Supernova Dyeworks Desmos sock in “Your Mom” colorway and Westbound by Elizabeth Doherty out of Cascade Yarns Ultra Pima Cotton.

Laura has resumed knitting on her Bright Axis DK tee out of Woolens and Nosh. She has also started a pair of handspun socks out of Into the Whirled cheviot.  She picked back up her look at my holes out on size 8 needles.

Leslie finished Look At My Holes by James Watts out of Kelborne woolens Mojave. She also finished Edgartown Light by Alicia Plummer out of some linen gifted at SSK 2022

Leslie spun nothing, but made some EPP Hexis using different methods for a future blanket.

Laura has been spinning some Wensleydale on a spindle from Batty Fibers

She went to a spinning retreat this weekend and spun 10oz of corriedale and took 2 classes from the amazing Kate Larson. 

Leslie is listening to Dungeon Crawler Carl 5. She is rereading the Dragon Kin series (currently on book 7, Light My Fire) by GA Aiken and watching Outlast (survival reality show) on Netflix.

Laura is listening to Wildfire by Ilona Andrews and A Witch’s Guide to Magical Innkeeping. She is taking a class on visual literacy.
