Leslie is working on the Edgartown Light by Alicia Plummer out of some linen gifted at SSK 2022. She hasn’t touched the Directions top out of Oink Pigments DK weight linen/silk this week but worked a bit on the Painting Bricks shawl by Stephen West using a kit from Whimzee Stitches. She’s also working on a pair of socks out of Woolens & Nosh in the Cornucopia colorway.
Laura has been working on all the handspun socks using Hipstrings 50% Southdown wool, 25% Dorset Horn Wool, 25% Bionylon. She is plotting her frog and node sweater.
Leslie finished two Pig In A Blankets, a crocheted bowl cozy, and some carnations by Naztazia
Leslie started spinning the 24oz of custom blended fiber she got in a trade with HipStrings.
Laura is spinning some polwarth/silk in the 2023 mdsw colorway from Kim dyes yarn. She is also spinning some Texel from into the Whirled. She has all the spinning plans for Jillian Moreno’s 100 day spin down. She has been spinning knit spin farms advent.
Leslie is relistening to the Tiffany Aching Discworld series by Terry Pratchett, currently on book 4, I Shall Wear Midnight. She’s re-reading Wonder Engine by T. Kingfisher
Laura rereading all the Kat Butler San Amari Investigations (m/m paranormal urban fantasy). She is listening to Hunt the Stars (sci fi adult)
