Ep710 – Babypants

Leslie is working on the Girlfriends Cardigan by Ankestrick out of Republica Unicornia (Cousin Minnie Pearl) and some granny square chickens by Sweet Softies.

Laura has finished the first body of the footpath socks out of Woolens and Nosh (August club colorway) on size 0s.  Laura has also started Look at My holes out of Kelbourne Woolens Mojave on size 8 needles and an Easy One by Martina Behm out of the SSK yarn from SuperNova Dyeworks.  Laura and Leslie both started a Sheep Locks Wreath by Kimberly K. McAlindin.  Laura is swatching for a Goldwyn Folly vest out of some ancient stash and size 5 needles. 

Leslie finished the Anayah Blouse by Talia’s Crochet Creations out of Berroco Remix. She also finished a kit from LIYarnandFarm

Laura has finished her nomadic yarns socks using Wendy Johnson’s toe up with gusset pattern on size 0 needles. She also finished a pair of baby pants using the tin can knits pattern, Rocky and some Woolens and Nosh in the felt garland colorway. She knit the largest size to fit a 1-2 year old. These were gifted at a baby shower on Wednesday. 

Leslie is not spinning right now but looking at fabric for a LegitKit quilt.

Laura is spinning some wee chickadee on Polwarth in the Wild Miles colorway and some Into the Whirled for socks. 

Leslie has been listening to All Systems Red by Martha Wells (humorous Sci-fi) and reading Babel by RF Kuang (fantasy sci-fi). 

Laura is reading the Enchanted Greenhouse (adult cozy fantasy) She is watching the great British Sewing Bee, Sister Boniface, and football.
