Laura is working on a pair of toe up socks (56 stitches on size 0s) out of Nomadic yarns in the everlasting gobstopper colorway. She also cast on a Penta Pillar Pullover out of Knit Spin Farm batt handspun.
Leslie finished a pair of sport weight socks out of Another Crafty Girl in the Lightning Strike colorway.
Laura has started spinning “Just Pretentious Enough” from ITW for the Layla Sweater by Elizabeth Smith. She is washing an 8.5 pound Tunis fleece. Summer of fleece!
Leslie is relistening to Fire & Ice by KF Breene (Fire & Ice series) and reading Ten Thousand Stitches by Olivia Atwater. She’s catching up on back episodes of the Handsome podcast with Tig Notaro, Fortune Feimster, and Mae Martin.
Laura has been relistening to the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs (m/f adult romance). She also reread the Beacon Hill Necromancer series (m/m adult romance).
