Ep684 – Intense Pantaloons

Leslie has worked on the Mount Pleasant tee by Pip & Pin out of Republica Unicornia BFL in the Ramble On colorway.  She also cast on for an  I-cushion pattern by Kaffe Fassett out of Rowan Felted Tweed and started an EPP (English Paper Piecing) project from a VioletCraft rooster kit.

  Laura is working on the Layla cardigan out of MDK atlas and Into the Whirled handspun. She is also working on a sock out of Woolens and Nosh Club colorway.  She is knitting on the Traveler Cowl by Andrea Mowry out of Hipstrings Base 12 on size 3 needles.

Leslie finished nothing this week.

Laura finished a teeny tiny gnome out of handspun leftovers. It was knit in size 0 needles

Laura has plied an inglenook blend and her knit spin farm advent. She  is crepe plying  some Hipstrings It’s Complicated on a Southdown/Dorset Horn/Bio-Nylon blend. She is currently spinning some Hello Yarn patchwork kit.  Jillian Moreno’s Patreon

Leslie started spinning some SSK fiber – Superwash Targhee Wool combed top in the Mourning Dove colorway from Hipstrings. She finished 4 of the total 8oz.

Leslie has been playing Mario & Luigi Brothership on the Nintendo Switch. She’s relistening to the InnKeeper series by Ilona Andrews and started reading Spark of the Everflame by Penn Cole. 

Laura reading Of All Tribes by Joseph Bruchac (middle grade nonfiction) and Serviceberry by Robin Wall Kimmerer (adult nonfiction). She is also reading spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst. This is an adult fantasy.
