Leslie is working on the Girlfriends Cardigan by Ankestrick out of Republica Unicornia (Cousin Minnie Pearl) and some granny squares for Jethro by Tanis Lavelle after going up to a 5mm crochet hook for gauge. She knit on a single sock in Woolens & Nosh’s Ebb & Flow colorway.
Laura has finished the first body of the footpath socks out of Woolens and Nosh (August club colorway) on size 0s. Laura has also started Look at My holes out of Kelbourne Woolens Mojave on size 8 needles Laura and Leslie both started a Sheep Locks Wreath by Kimberly K. McAlindin. Laura has started a Goldwyn Folly vest out of some ancient stash and size 4 needles. Laura has also started the Bright Axis Tee DK by Tellybeanknits using Woolens and Nosh DK and size 2.5 and 4 needles.
Leslie finished nothing. Boo carpal tunnel!
Laura finished her Easy One by Martina Behm out of the SSK yarn from SuperNova Dyeworks. She also finished Laura has started the Tellybeans mystery cowl kal. She is using size 3 needles and various minis from Miss Babs, Leading Men Fiber Arts, Knitterly Things, Republica Unicornia.
Leslie finished plying the Apothefaery wool/silk/bast fiber but hasn’t wound it off yet.
Laura has spun some Knitz and Pearls Fiberworks on 100% Falkland in the Mermaid Moon colorway. She is currently spinning some Fossil Fibers Polwarth in the Ball and plotting her Hipstrings along spins.
Leslie has been relistening to the Infected series by Scott Sigler (Scifi, gory). She finished reading Waifs & Strays by Helen Harper (urban fantasy), 3 Days, 9 Months, 27 Years by John Scalzi (sci-fi time travel), What Stalks The Deep by T.Kingfisher (horror/dark fantasy), and Tears of the Wolf by Elizabeth Wheatley (m/f romantasy). She also tried a couple of new horror podcasts, Old Gods of Appalachia and The Magnus Archives.
Laura read Blind Date with a Werewolf by Patricia Briggs. She is currently reading Sheep Calm and Merry on by Ashlyn Kane. She is watching Sister Boniface, hockey, dancing with the stars.
