Laura has cast on the footpath socks out of Woolens and Nosh (August club colorway) on size 0s.  She is also working on a pair of socks out of Nomadic Yarns  on size 0 needles. Laura has also started Look at My holes out of Kelbourne Woolens Mojave on size 8 needles and an Easy One by Martina Behm out of the SSK yarn from SuperNova Dyeworks.

Laura is spinning some Cesium Dyeworks into opposing ply sock yarns. These were part of the Scooby Doo Mystery Halloween box from 2024.

Leslie has been listening to Nettle & Bone by T.Kingfisher and read Black Dogs Part 1 by Ursula Vernon. 

Laura is about to read the new Ilona Andrews.  She is watching the great British Sewing Bee. Laura has finished Girl in the Walls (Middle grade novel in verse ghost story) by Meg Eden Kuyatt.

Laura has finished the Grove by Tin Can Knits out of handspun and Republica Unicornia fluff in the “It’s Still the Gulf of Mexico” colorway

Laura is still washing all the fleece!  Just 10 pounds to go! Currently being washed is a Cheviot cross and a southdown named carebear.  She has also started spinning some Woolfiend in the Juniper colorway.

Leslie has been listening to When The Moon Hits Your Eye by John Scalzi and  Of Monsters and Mainframes  by Barbara Truelove.  She finished Our Wives Under the Sea by Julia Armfield and started Bryony & Roses by T. Kingfisher.
