This weekend I went up to a Memphis area bookstore for WWKIP day. I had a great time chatting with Tracee that day, and even browsed around until I found a book I liked.
The only downside to this is that the bookstore is across the street from the only Lush in the metro area. I could feel its’ tug on me as soon as I walked out to my car to leave the bookstore. “Come in and browse” it said. “We have pretty stuff!” it taunted.
I gave in. (Of course I gave in!) Take a look at my (very restrained) loot:

I got two Bath Bombs – Space Girl and Happy Pill. I’m not one for baths, but with these things my whole body ends up so soft and moisturized that it’s totally worth the $5 price tag.
I also replaced my Soak & Float Shampoo Bar since I used the other one up completely.
Side note: If you’ve had troublesome dandruff for a while and can’t seem to get rid of it, try the soak & float. Seriously. I’ll never use another shampoo again. End TMI!
So, readers, what have you indulged in lately, and what body type products can you not live without?
I LOVE the Lush butterball bath bombs. It’s one of the cheaper ones, but I end up buying at least six anytime I’m in that Macy’s (which I almost called Goldsmith’s btw)
I’m a C.O. Bigelow girl myself–particularly the lemon.
I also adored the Tutti Dolce stuff that B&BW carried for a while but you can’t get it anymore, which makes for a sad hedgehog. I’m down to my last jar of Lemon Meringue Scrub.
American Cream conditioner makes your hair smell so YUM! And anything Karma…soap, shampoo, etc. makes me swoon! I love Lush and there isn’t one in my area…which is probably a good thing!
I like the st. ives stuff, face wash and lotions they are sort of normal brands that you see all the time but I still love it.
I am hooked on the Sweet Pea stuff from Bath & Body Works that stuff smells so good.
I’m surprised that a bar with SLS would have gotten rid of your dandruff. I’ve been avoiding it like the plague for the last month, started doing the no-poo thing, and finally got rid of my dandruff and itchy scalp! I wash twice a week with baking soda and/or white vinegar, and my hair has never been this fluffy!
(on a side note: I love captcha codes: feudal motif! How quaint and picturesque ^_^)
I went to a Knitters Fantasy in April, and while I was in my class my mom went to the shops and she got this bar of soap, lavender scented, covered in Llama fur! It’s kinda like a soap loofa ( I thinks that’s how you spell it). So cool!
I love the big blue bath bomb with it’s crazy seaweed bits. It’s a little too hot and melty here in S. Texas to mail order Lush or chocolate or any other smooshable items. I better wait until things cool down.
