Episode 47 – Not Quite A Hat Trick

Laura and Leslie welcome you to another week! We review WIPs and FO’s, share some spinning, and Laura reviews “Nature’s Wrapture”.

Also – I left a little bit of the beginning ‘pre-recording’ bit in there because it was funny. 😀

Laura is knitting on a Herbivore by Stephen West. It is out of Cherry Tree Hill.  I also have on the needles are the Twisted Fiber Arts in the Ravelry colorway socks. Sleeve on the Washington Square is the same.  I cast-on a new pair of socks out of Zauberball  Starke 6 for the Wendyknits Socks from the Toe-Up KAL.

Leslie is knitting on some socks out of Twisted Limone for an afterthought heel tutorial.

Leslie is finished with the Pogona shawl out of Wollmeise in Bluebell.

Laura is finished with a Beanie version of Starving Artist.  She has also finished knitting the Broken Hand Hat by Wendyknits.  This was a test knit and the pattern will made available as part of an e-book.

Laura has plied the batt that sheds.  I got around 150 yards of a sport weight, navajo plied.

Leslie has a lovely batt from Dawning Dreams.  She has finished spinning the first third of the Hello Yarn fiber.

About Leslie

Leslie is obsessed with knitting, and when possible, perfection in her knitting. All stripey socks must match exactly and all lace must be blocked severely. She has major love for all of her viewers/readers and hopes to keep blogging and podcasting for years to come.
