This week Leslie is joined by Megann/craftypancakes in beautiful Orange County, CA. The knitting content is light but the pretty fabric is plentiful!

It was wonderful to see Megann! You must have had a great time visiting. And Laura will LOVE that print.
You guys crack me up!! Just wanted to say, Megann, that I count the rows too. It makes me crazy if my socks aren’t the same! But rather than using a clicker after each row (which slows me down), I put one of those green or orange clip-on markers in the first row after the toe (I mainly knit socks toe-up). Then I knit them both to be about the same length (since I do both socks on separate needles, but at the same time). Then I stop and count and I’m usually within a row or two. After I turn the heels I move the markers up to the first row of the leg, and do the same counting thing before I start the cuffs. That way they’re the same, but I’m not always fumbling with a clicker…
BTW…I love love love your food quilt fabric!!
My knitting would drive you crazy! I like yarn that has color changes so seldom that my mittens look the same, but different. I have a pair of fingerless mittens that are different, but go together, and they were knitted from the same skein of yarn.
